Instead of two halves bolted together, the body is machined from a single block of 7075-T6 aluminium, so it is smaller, stiffer and lighter. Lewis has also strengthened the pad pin area, so it holds up better when the bike is rolled backwards with the brake held.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAn easy way to take real weight off a climbing bike or a premium road or gravel build without giving up hydraulic braking.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Mineral Oil and DOT versions are not interchangeable, and the wrong fluid will damage the seals.
