T47 is a standard Chris King helped develop, an answer to the imprecise and often noisy press-fit bottom brackets that appeared on the market. It keeps the benefits of a larger bottom bracket shell, mainly frame stiffness, with the precision and quietness of a traditional threaded bottom bracket.

The ThreadFit T47 24i uses Chris King’s own sealed angular-contact bearings, with super-low drag. They can be opened, cleaned and repacked without special tools, and are designed to wear in rather than wear out. Engineered, manufactured and assembled in Portland, Oregon, USA.

The correct 24mm Fit Kit is included in the price. Installation requires the Chris King bottom bracket cup tool.
