More Information

The CIMA is evolve's aero road frame, built around an ultra-light weight target and strict testing. evolve holds frame and fork to 21 in-house testing items for reliability and riding safety, and validated the aerodynamics in the Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub wind tunnel. evolve's own press material claims a saving of 4.74W at 45km/h versus an unnamed international brand.

The frame uses Toray T1100, T800 and M40 carbon fabric with a special resin formula that increases rigidity by 12% compared with traditional resins. The six sizes cover riders from 146cm to 202cm with matched STR values (1.36 / 1.40 / 1.42 / 1.44 / 1.46 / 1.50 from XS to XL), two different fork offsets and three different bottom bracket drops, so handling stays consistent across the size range.

Premium components are part of the package: CeramicSpeed SLT headset bearings, a BSA threaded bottom bracket for easy servicing, and a SRAM UDH derailleur hanger. Routing is fully internal and the frame is designed for electronic shifting only.

Groupset Compatibility

All Shimano electronic shifting systems, all SRAM electronic shifting systems and Campagnolo WRL systems. Note: EPS systems are not compatible, as the battery diameter is too large to fit inside the frame.

Geometry & Sizes

Six sizes: XS / S / M / ML / L / XL. Fork offset is 44.0mm on XS, S and M, and 40.2mm on ML, L and XL. The geometry chart is shown below.
