More Information

This mount is made to carry a bike computer and a front light together on a one-piece handlebar. The computer sits centred in your line of sight, so data is easy to read and operate, and the under mount slides forwards or backwards so you can balance the weight of a light or camera and reduce shake.

Magene reports that it passed 2,500+ cycles of high-frequency vibration testing and 6,600+ impact tests while carrying a bike computer and front light (Magene Lab standard; real-world performance varies with use). The surface is treated against rain, sweat, dust and salt-spray corrosion.

For the C706 and other 7 series computers, a hollowed section avoids the speaker area near the buckle, so bell and alert sounds stay clear.

Compatibility

✔ Bike computers: all Magene bike computers. Magene also lists other computers that use a Garmin-style mount as compatible.

✔ Lights and cameras (under mount only): Magene AT series lights, and other lights or action cameras with a GoPro mounting interface.

✔ Handlebar: one-piece (integrated) handlebars only. The mount screws into the handlebar's screw holes, and the bar's outer edge must be at least 3 cm from the outermost screw hole.

Installation

1. Position the computer mount on the handlebar. 2. Align the mount screws with the handlebar holes and tighten. 3. Slide the under mount to the position you want and tighten its screws.
