The H613 uses a new-generation algorithm and takes heart rate directly from the ECG signal at the chest, rather than estimating it optically at the wrist. Dynamic noise-reduction filtering removes interference during high-intensity intervals and sweaty rides. It is for sports use only and cannot replace a medical device.

A built-in memory records up to 17 hours without a phone or head unit, so it works on its own for cycling, hiking or the gym. Afterwards, connect to the OnelapFit app to sync a report with duration, calories, average and maximum heart rate and heart rate zone distribution. Set your own safe heart rate threshold in the app and the sensor sounds a buzzer when you pass it.

Use ANT+ and Bluetooth together, and connect up to three Bluetooth devices at once, for example a sports app, a smartwatch and a gym treadmill. Heart rate alerts are also planned to work with Magene bike computers (C506 and above) after a future firmware update: set a high or low threshold and the computer and sensor alert you together.

Comfort and Build

The strap is antibacterial and anti-odour (tested to ISO 20743 and ISO 17299) with non-slip silicone that keeps the sensor in place and reduces chafing. The sensor has a curved profile, 10.8 mm thick tapering to 8 mm, and a sealed battery compartment for IPX7 water resistance. A light shows battery level and your current heart rate zone, and the buzzer gives alerts and status reminders. Rinse the strap with clean water to maintain it.

Wearing It

1. Wet the electrode area on the strap. 2. Wear the strap below your chest and adjust it to a comfortable length. 3. Attach the heart rate module. The sensor switches on automatically and broadcasts continuously.
