More Information

The R2 is the newer, lighter follow-up to the Lewis SLR. Instead of two halves bolted together, the body is machined from a single block of 7075-T6 aluminium, so it is smaller, stiffer and lighter. Lewis has also strengthened the pad pin area, so it holds up better when the bike is rolled backwards with the brake held.

An easy way to take real weight off a climbing bike or a premium road or gravel build without giving up hydraulic braking.

The Mineral Oil and DOT versions are not interchangeable, and the wrong fluid will damage the seals. Choose Mineral Oil if you run Shimano levers and DOT if you run SRAM. Not sure which one you need? WhatsApp us and we'll check your setup.
