More Information

The H303 is a chest-strap heart rate monitor for training, racing and indoor sessions. An ECG processing circuit takes heart rate straight from the ECG waveform, and Magene's own algorithm filters out interference from movement and sweat to give you steady, accurate readings from 30 to 240 BPM.

Dual connectivity gives you two copies of every workout: record on an ANT+ device such as your bike computer or watch, and on a Bluetooth app on your phone at the same time, both with stable transmission.

Battery life is rated at about 1,000 hours, which Magene calculates as one hour a day, four days a week, for roughly 2.5 years (laboratory figure; real-world results vary). When it eventually runs out, swap in a standard CR2032 coin cell.
