More Information

The Exceed is Seka's all-round aero race frameset: light enough to climb, aerodynamic enough to hold speed on the flat, and clean enough to look the part. The tube shapes originate from NACA airfoils and were developed through computational fluid analysis for outstanding all-round aerodynamic performance.

Integration is a highlight. Seka's in-house cable routing system is compatible with fully internal routing for either electronic or mechanical shifting, for a neat appearance, aerodynamic gains and smooth handling. The integrated aero handlebar weighs only 325g and comes in 15 sizes, with improved ergonomics for comfort and control; a 3D-printed spacer lets it adapt to other cockpit components on the market.

Every Exceed is tested to back up the lifetime warranty. Bottom bracket stiffness measures 215 N/mm and head tube stiffness 143 N/mm, and the frame has passed fatigue tests totalling 100,000 reps in both horizontal and vertical directions at 120 rpm and 1200N, which Seka states is 20% above the ISO 4210-6 standard.

RDC and Standard Versions

The Exceed RDC and Standard share the same geometry, aero shaping, integration and standards. RDC is the lightest version, with a claimed 775g frame in size M (unpainted). The Standard version is heavier than the RDC. This listing is the RDC version; the Standard version is listed separately.
